Successfully Training To Look Younger

Looking younger and more youthful can be surprisingly easy to achieve. Initially a few small changes can make a big difference. When we look in the mirror we may be focusing upon elements that others do not initially see. Others may form an opinion regarding our youthfulness on a number of factors that we have not considered. Often this can be the way we walk across the room, or the way we hold ourselves - long before they have had a chance to even see any wrinkles or lines. A few exercises, posture awareness and some simple lifestyle changes can help you look younger, more youthful and strong.


A Few Small Changes Every Day Add Up To A Big Difference

As with all personal training we firstly need to establish what you would like to improve. Then we can start a 'training to look younger' plan, which can include: exercise, diet, posture awareness, facial exercises, and general lifestyle changes that together can all help to retain your youthfulness. (For example, doing something as simple as including a range of colourful fruit and vegetables in your diet will give you a natural glow - improving your skin tone. This can even further be enhanced with a few facial exercises that will improve the blood flow and strengthen the soft tissue to give a natural lift.to your face. (should you need it))

If you're stressed or tired your body will not be functioning in optimum ways that can help keep you youthful and strong. Helping you to manage stress and improve your sleep quality (should you need it) provides a good basis to help all the other small changes - by improving hormone levels and other body processes that support good function.

Where do we train?

Naked/Clothed. Straight/Gay Anything Goes - well nearly anything but not everything :)

Post Lockdown that is a good question. Currently it's all change and I no longer have a training facility in London or Bedford! Two options may or may not be possible

  • An Online Video Course - Pre-recorded - no Skype or Zoom - as I don't know where I'd end up!
  • Mobile - depending upon various factors
