I'll be fully clothed and we get naked at the same time - whenever you're ready. We can have a quick chat first (over tea & coffee if you like) or just get straight into the naked personal training session.
Some strip off right from the start with no worries! Others keep underwear on for a few minutes to feel comfortable. I take my cues from you, so don't worry - I'll ensure you feel okay about everything before stripping off!
No problem, it's just a normal reaction to something a bit different! More details This can sometimes happen right from the start as you take your clothes off and experience a rush of excitement for doing something different. However, sometimes due to being slightly anxious about something new there will be no reaction at all! We can all react very differently at different times, so whatever your body decides to do just don't worry and enjoy your different fitness workout!
During the session I'll aim to make you feel as comfortable as possible so that you really enjoy it! There is no expectation of getting an erection, most men don't, so please do not feel embarrassed about anything. We all react differently in different situations and some worry about getting one, some worry about not getting one. No part of the training requires an erection. Whatever happens it is all good and all normal. There is no expectation for you to react in any way - other than to enjoy your training!
You can choose whatever aspects you like. The whole session is to get the results you want. I always ask what it is you want to gain from the session and we work towards that. At any time before or during the session just say what you like and don't like. With so many different exercises and so many different results to get - we can definitely find a whole load of exercises that you will like and that will get you the results you want. The Workout will be for whatever aspects you want, so just tell me what you want to do and what you don't want!
A naked personal training session with me will help you on so many levels. Being naked with others is proven to help with improved body image, confidence and happiness. In relation to a naked personal training session these improvements can be explained by acceptance of each others body. - whatever shape or size you are it does not matter, all that matters is that you are wanting to look after your health. It is this total acceptance of your body and wishes that can help you appreciate your body more. The naked session can also help you to really appreciate your body and shift emphasis away from how it looks to how it functions - which is far more important. We will both be naked and looking at each others bodies for reasons to learn/teach exercise Plus I wonder if this shared bond of doing something that is not entirely 'normal' gives us a bit of confidence! Don't worry - for a personal trainer my body is far from perfect - yet it functions perfectly well as a personal trainer and this is what it is all about - function. For a personal trainer I do not have the perfect body - rippling muscles and everything - but I have a healthy body. This is what we need to focus upon. The naked personal training session is all about really connecting to your body and appreciating all that it is capable of. I'll help you feel good about your body and being naked with me will give you a boost to your confidence due to this total acceptance of each others body. There is a free half hour assessment/intro session, which is all about
finding out what exercises will get the results that you want. This we
do in our underwear until the last few minutes where we try a couple of
exercises naked. If you want to try a whole fitness session naked or wanting to learn a workout that you can do at home the price at my gym
is: £60 for 90 mins. However if you are wanting - I can do a naked half hour session: cost
£35. You can have the free assessment/intro session for 30 mins before this to give
you 1 hour. (25 mins underwear, 35 mins naked)
Some light relief - but on a serious point does demonstrate something - this I find a horrible exercise to do - but necessary - however when naked my penis distracts me nicely!
Yes we can stay fully clothed no problem! We are strengthening your bodily systems that support an erection. An erection is not needed so it is no problem.
Haha! I can guarantee you that you will be safe. I train both straight and gay people, both clothed and naked. Even in a naked personal training session with a gay person, there is still some etiquette! Plus I am a professional fitness instructor, so i will not be staring at you, or touching you inappropriately, you can enjoy a new and exciting fitness experience without the barrier of clothes. Erections can some times happen during the erection training or in any part of the naked personal training session, but please know that this doesn't cast doubt upon your sexuality! lol Erections can happen for many reasons - details here.
That's fine we can stay fully clothed in your gym gear and still do the erection training. The 1 hour specialist training is always carried out fully clothed for the whole session.
Erection training can be carried out in both a clothed personal training session and a naked personal training session. An erection is not needed as we are strengthening the muscles that support an erection. Getting feedback, in underwear: However, it can be useful to feel certain areas of your body (to get feedback so that the intensity can be increased), In which case training in underwear may work better, but there is absolutely no pressure - always know that it is better that you feel comfortable and enjoy your session. It is generally better to carry out erection training whilst naked - but certainly does not have to be.
Erection training is briefly included in all personal training sessions as it is just another muscle group that we are exercising for optimum health. However it is often only brief and can sometimes be included with the Abs exercises.
Erections are not needed! We are training the body systems that support the whole process - the muscles, improved nerve control, improved hormone profile and better blood flow.
There are so many provisions for Women but not so many for men. I specialise in Men''s health an area which is not so well provided for and so I get a great sense of achievement in being able to help men of all ages make the most of all of their body. Many erection problems can be helped through the right type of exercise. Plus, conducting a naked personal training session with a woman could get me into all sorts of trouble (I come from a healthcare background where we had to sometimes have chaperones)
Just yourself! You don't need to bring anything at all. I can give you a hot or cold drink anytime you'd like. If you wanted to take a shower after - have towels here.
