Bodyweight Exercise

Much of personal training London is bodyweight exercise which is great for the beginner and can challenge the fittest person. We start off easy and gradually get more intense.

  • Wacky bodyweight exercise for one
  • Roman Style – partner exercises we do together
  • Wrestling – for fun and fitness, this is not serious wrestling!

All of these are ideal for your home office or hotel room in London! Minimal space and no equipment needed – I bring the mat!
